Green Children’s House Foundation is a Not for Profit 501 c3 Organization. We have provided quality early education while teaching our students to care for our environment for over 12 years in Pompano Beach. Our mission is to raise environmentally conscious children by teaching respect and compassion for our environment with a curriculum that is rooted in the Montessori philosophy.
Accomplishments:
2008 – We were recognized by Broward County with the Emerald Trophy for our environmental business practices.
2010 – GCH community donated a truck load of clothing, food, water and goods to Haiti after the devaststing earthquake.
2011 – GCH teacher, Ms. Pamela went to Haiti to teach the children and donate school supplies
2011 – Lego Children’s Fund Grant in 2011
2012 – Whole Foods Gardening Grant
2012 – Staples Grant for Scholarships – Supported 5 children with $1000 scholarships to attend GCH
2013 – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) grant from PNC Grow Up Great Foundation
2014 – Created 100 Hope Totes (hygenic items) for Broward Center
2010-2019 – Thanksgiving food drive for Peanut Butter and Jelly Food Shelter
