Pia Andino has been our Lead Teacher for our Primary Classroom for the past three years. Ms. Pia has been happily married for the past 20 years and is the mother of two wonderful boys, Bruno and Santiago. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education at the Catholic University of Ecuador and once she became a mother she discovered the beauty of the Montessori philosophy in which she got her AMS Montessori credential in 2004. Ms. Pia has been involved in the Montessori education over 8 years and is thrilled to be able to share her knowledge and experience with each child at Green Children’s House. Ms. Pia is certified in first aid and CPR and has her Florida State Staff Credential.


Pamela Goldhagen has been our Lead Teacherin the Pre-school Classroom for two years. An artist and former Art teacher at the Gainesville Association for the Creative Arts, Ms. Pamela has her Bachelors of Fine Arts and Drawing and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Montessori from Taft University. Incorporating her passion for the arts, Ms. Pamela creates a classroom environment that promotes creativity and inspiration, which is an important element in Montessori education. Active in her community as well as in her home country of Ecuador, she is one of the founding members of Sustainable Roots, an organization that is dedicated to environmental preservation and sustainable development among indigenous Ecuadorians. Ms. Pamela is first aid and CPR certified and has her 40 hour Child Care/VPK Training Certificate.

Zeicell Lewis is the Assistant teacher in Ms. Pamela's class and also the Afternoon Lead teacher for the Toddler two’s classroom. A recent graduate from the Early Childhood Education Program at Sheridan Technical Center in Hollywood, FL, she is also a proud mother of two children. Zeicell brings to Green Children’s House a great enthusiasm and energy that is perfect for our preschoolers and two year class. Zeicell is certified in first aid and CPR and also has completed 10 hours in Special Needs and Appropriate Practices.

Iryna Khorobrova is the Assistant Teacher in the Primary (3-6 years) Classroom. Ms. Ira as she is loving known throughout the school brings to us five years teaching experience she gained while working in some of the leading innovative educational institutions in Ukraine, her home country, as well as in the Boston area. She holds a Master degree in Linguistics and in Early Childhood Education and is also the recipient of the prestigious Fulbright scholarship from the U.S. Department of State. Ms. Ira is certified in first aid and CPR and has her Florida State Staff Credential.

Patricia Bradbury is the Lead Teacherin the Toddler two’s Classroom. Originally from California, Ms. Patty recently transferred to Lighthouse Point from Tennessee, to be closer to her family and to enjoy the sunny south Florida weather. A teacher for the past 30 years, Ms. Patty has been a Special Needs teacher for grades K-5 and an early childcare teacher for ages 2 to 6 years old. She considers herself “an empathic individual that really enjoys working with young children” and loves that she is “always learning from them each day”. Ms. Patty is a swimming teacher in her spare time and enjoys reading and the Arts. Ms. Patty is first aid and CPR certified and has an Associates in Early Childhood Education.

Sandra Marius has been the Lead Teacher for our Toddler Ones classroom for the past three years. Originally from Haiti, she has been living in the United States for the past eight years. She has a beautiful daughter who is five years old named Farvia. Currently in her last semester as a Business Administration and Accounting major at DevryUniversity, Ms. Sandra has worked with our toddler ones for the past three years. “I love children so much… it is so interesting and it makes me feel good to know I am making a positive difference in their lives.” Ms. Sandra is fluent in both French and Creole and frequently incorporates songs and activities in those languages in the classroom. Ms. Sandra is certified in first aid and CPR and has her 40 hour Child Care Training Certificate and over 20 hours of Montessori training.

Serafina Jeffery is the afterschool teacher for our Primary (3-6 years) Classroom. A recent graduate of Florida Atlantic University in English and certificate in Women’s Studies, Ms. Serafina is also a teacher at learning center in Boca Raton where she teaches English, Essay Writing, and Art to high school students. A former assistant at the University of Miami Canterbury Preschool, Ms. Serafina loves working with children ages 1-6 and enjoys the relationships and bonds that she makes. Very active in her community, she is currently creating, Her Power, a non-profit organization with the goal of raising, promoting, and spreading awareness of the power of creative expression. Ms. Serafina is first aid and CPR certified.


EdilMoya has been our Assistant to teachers and administration staff for the past three years. A native of Honduras, Ms. Edil moved to south Florida to be closer to her family and has been a resident here for the past six years. She has her Bachelors in Elementary Education and is considered by the staff and administration as the jack of all trades, as she is always there to help with any need that a teacher or student may have. During her free time, Ms. Edil enjoys to cook, read, and dance. She also contributes to the Art portion of the toddler two curriculum. Ms. Edil is first aid and CPR certified.

Susanna Casique Coleman is the Assistant Director. This is Ms. Susanna second year with Green Children’s House. She is a proud and loving mother to her 21 month old daughter Isabella, who is a student at Green Children’s House. Ms. Susanna was the former Associate Director from the award winning environmental day camp, Camp Live Oak. She brings a wealth of administrative and management experience to our school as well as her passion for children, teaching and the environment. Originally from theChicagolandarea, Ms. Susanna is an avid nature lover and is extremely happy to be part of such a great team. Ms. Susanna is certified in first aid and CPR and has her 40 hour Child Care Training Certificate.

Danyiel Louis is the Co-Founder and Head of School. Danyiel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego. At UCSD, Danyiel played collegiate women’s basketball for 4 years. Prior to opening Green Children’sHouse, she was a software engineer at IBM for over 6 years. She earned a US Patent in software engineering during her tenure. Danyielwas born and raised in California and moved to South Florida with her husband Dominique over 4 years ago. “We saw a dire need for quality and organic childcare and education in the area that we decided to create it, Green Children’s House. I am so proudof GCH.” She has been married to Dominique for over 7 years and is the proud mother of two handsome boys, Denzel, 6 and Davin, 4 years old. Danyiel enjoys spending time with her family on her free time. Ms. Danyiel has over 60 hours of Montessori philosophy and history training and also is certified in first aid and CPR.

Dominique Louis is the Co-Founder and Director. Dominique has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from Florida International University in Miami. Dominique studied Occupational therapy and human and child development in collegeand has been able to apply this knowledge in the early education field. He is a software consultant to IBM and leads the community service projects in Haiti. He is leading the efforts to create a Green Children’s House in Haiti a school that will be modeled after GCH Pompano Beach. Dominique is married to Danyiel and is the proud father of Denzel and Davin. Mr. Dominique has completed 4 marathons, 2 half and 2 triathlons; you can say he enjoys running. Dominique has an Advance Director’s credential, over 16 hours Montessori training and also certified in first aid and CPR.
